Accessibility Statement

Our ongoing commitment to digital inclusion, accessibility standards, and usable software for everyone.

Effective: October 19, 2026·Version: 1.0·Jurisdiction: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Summary in Plain English

Verified key product facts · Not a substitute for the full legal text

  • We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA on the marketing site and are working toward it in the product.
  • Some parts are not yet fully accessible and are listed below. Tell us about any barrier and we will respond.

1.Our commitment

DigAI wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website and product. We design to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and aim to meet the spirit of India's Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

2.Conformance status

Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA for both the marketing website (digai.in) and the DigAI product. We test with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks, and we review this statement at least every 12 months. Where a part does not yet meet the target, it is listed under Known limitations.

3.What we do

  • Keyboard-reachable navigation and controls, with visible focus.
  • Text alternatives and labels for form fields, with accessible error messages.
  • Live-region announcements for form results and cookie choices.
  • Respect for the operating-system "reduce motion" setting, which turns off non-essential animation.
  • Sufficient colour contrast in the design tokens.
  • Responsive layouts that work at 320 px width and at 200% zoom.

4.Known limitations

  • Animated product mockups on the site are decorative and may be hard to follow for some users; the same information is available in text.
  • Embedded third-party content (for example a demo video player or chat widget) may not meet WCAG 2.2 AA.
  • The product dashboard, some drag-and-drop builders (workflow canvas, pipeline boards, page editor) and charts may have gaps for keyboard and screen-reader users. We are working on alternatives.
  • Some older PDFs may not be fully tagged.

5.Feedback and help

If you hit a barrier, email grievance@digai.in with the page, what happened and your assistive technology. We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to respond with a fix or an alternative within 10 business days. We can also provide information in another format on request.

6.Escalation

If you are not satisfied, write to the Grievance Officer (grievance@digai.in). You may also approach the relevant authority under the RPwD Act.

7.Review

This statement was prepared on October 19, 2026 and is reviewed at least every 12 months and after major site changes.

Verified Accessible Design Implementations

Skip-to-Content: High-priority skip link at top of DOM allowing screen readers to bypass main navigation straight to #main.
Focus Ring Indicators: Uncompromised focus rings conforming to WCAG 2.2 contrast rules for all interactive links and buttons.
Reduced Motion Query: System honors prefers-reduced-motion: reduce by disabling animations and looping transitions.
Live Dynamic Announcements: ARIA live regions (aria-live="polite") announce form submissions and consent status changes.

Known Limitations & Accessible Workarounds

We maintain transparency regarding areas where assistive experiences are still being refined:

  • Interactive Canvas Mockups: Graphical workflow diagrams on feature pages include animated connectors. We provide equivalent structured text descriptions below each graphic.
  • Third-Party Chat Widget: While our live chat launcher is accessible, the underlying vendor iframe may contain keyboard traps in legacy browser versions. You can always email support directly.
